COSTGUARD VERSION 2.80

At-Your-Service Software, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of CostGuard® version 2.80.

Here are the changes in version 2.80:

VENDOR TRANSPORT

  • Added Gordon Food Services to all VendorTransport options
  • Added Cheney Brothers to VendorTransport options order guide import option.
  • New check-box in Bulk Import to update current inventory items with new vendor codes.
  • Bulk import saves new price as active price, so you don't need to run a receipt.
  • Bulk import run twice in a row no longer produces an error message.

SYSTEM WIDE

  • If you don't own an interface or module and you click on it, you'll have the option to view information on our web page (requires an open internet connection).
  • You have the option of requesting unlocks from the opening screen if you're in demo mode. You can also run unlock directly from that screen.
  • The cgw.ini file is now located in \cgw, not in the Windows directory.
  • You can add an unlimited number of units of measure; previous restriction has been lifted.
  • You can email an error log to us (your support and maintenance must be active).
  • When you click the program exit button, there's a confirming message so you don't lost any open transactions.

INVENTORY

Fixes

  • Suggested orders now working properly when the reorder unit is the 'pack' unit.
  • Running journals two times in a row no longer uses wrong date.
  • Requisitions: all items appear on the journal (items without a vendor were not appearing)

RECIPE

Fixes

  • You can no longer type in the ingredient name field; you must press the + key to create a new line.
