This error message happens when you attempt to run the QuickBooks interface, and indicates that some part of QuickBooks wasn’t installed, perhaps the SDK, which is needed for that interface option.
Directions for downloading the SDK within CostGuard:
Click File/Accounting Export/Options.
Click the blue link on the bottom right to download the SDK.
