The error in the log you sent should resolve itself when you restart CostGuard.
Unless you are using DropBox to store your data. DropBox is not a server and should not be used as one. We do not support DropBox.
Whenever a file is modified, DropBox will initiate a sync process with the DropBox server, keeping the file in use during the process. So when you make changes to inventory items or recipes DropBox will immediately make the file in use for sync process. Any attempted access before the sync finishes will be denied, returning the 7008 error.
Are you using DropBox to share files across different machines? Using DropBox this way is a really bad idea. Best case scnenario, files get locked and only one user can access the data at a time when there’s only one client using the files. Worst case scenario, data gets overwritten, corrupted and/or lost entirely (A updates a file, B updates same file after A,
and C does not see A’s update at all).
