The H is a header record, one per recipe. Fields are:
Recipe Name
Recipe Description
Yield unit
Yield cost
Serving unit
Serving cost
PLU (item) number
Recipe type (S=serving, P=prep; you can probably ignore this field)

The D is a detail record, one per each item in the recipe. Fields are:
Item name
Quantity
‘To-taste’ indicator (ignore)
Item type indicator (i=inventory item, r=sub-recipe)\

We can optionally omit the detail records.
