Often this happens when you try to do a File/Restore using a backup that has not been fully restored.
The easiest way to fix this is to open your backup outside of CostGuard. Highlighting and copying all the files within the backup data folder.Then opening CostGuard Shared/Data and pasting all the files into the correct data folder.
Open the backup data (you may have to unzip the zip file)
Locate your data file and paste the copied data in:
