CostGuard does a terrific job of controlling liquor costs. You don't need another solution! But are you using a specialized bar and liquor control inventory system? The Liquor Control Interface imports counts from those systems into CostGuard. Use specialized bar systems to handle those counts, then import the counts directly into CostGuard. It's the best of both worlds!

Count Import also has standard interfaces for text and Excel import, so you can shape data from other systems to fit our layout.

Exports receipts from Inventory into Accounts Payable. There's no need to re-key invoice information into your accounting software! We can even distribute the same invoice over multiple cost-of-goods categories (such as food and supplies). In addition to QuickBooks, there are a number of other programs we interface with. The newest QuickBooks interface requires QuickBook 2004 Pro or higher. The new technology allows us to export directly to QuickBooks even if it's not running, or even if you've got another company open! You simply select the invoices you want to export, and they are written directly into QuickBooks; there's no import required on the QuickBooks side. Tutorial...

CostGuard has terrific features for that manage catering events, from costing through production. You don't need a catering system, but if you have one, then this interface transfers recipe costing information for accurate bidding and proposals.

HandGuard is hand-held inventory control. It allows you to count and enter orders using popular Palm OS handhelds. The data is then sent to CostGuard.

This capability alone will save you countless hours. If your supplier can provide and accept data electronically, then VendorTransport is for you. The link is accomplished with industry-standard text (or ASCII) files. Tutorial...

VendorTransport links your data with your supplier. There are four key features:

1. Import your order guide
2. Update inventory prices
3. Exports purchase orders
4. Import invoices

Note: not all vendors support all these features. They all support #1, importing your order guide.

These features provide tremendous time savings, and practically eliminate duplicate data entry.

If we don't currently interface with your supplier, tell them to call us immediately. If we develop a VendorTransport with that supplier, you'll receive it for free!
