CostGuard® for Windows includes Inventory, Recipe, and Sales modules, as well as interfaces with suppliers, POS systems, accounting, catering, and nutrition software. We are pleased to announce the release of CostGuard® Student Version Network. After hundreds of meetings, phone calls and questionnaires, we have designed a program based on the needs of hospitality educators. The Student Version Network provides students with access to all of our modules, using a 32-bit Windows-compatible network (Windows NT 4.0, 2000, etc.).
Best of all, as the teacher, you'll receive our complete line of CostGuard® food service software at no cost, a savings of thousands of dollars. Students purchase a disk from the bookstore that provides access to the software.
The Student Version is a tremendous tool for management and culinary training. It's real software used by the trade: much more than a simulation, a book-on-a-disk, or a limited demo. Students know when they're using a real tool, and benefit greatly from experience with industry-grade software. Use CostGuard® from 'computer intro' through all levels of management and culinary classes, knowing that your students are using a "real-world" application.
