CostGuard has a tutorial that leads you step by step through the program. You can access the tutorial by

The Tutorial has two paths. The first
path is called the 
Quick Tour. Following
this path will show you the highlights of the program. The second
path is called the regular path. It will go through every step in
the program. You can switch from the Quick Tour to the regular path
and back again. If you enter the tutorial from a Help screen, you
can follow the regular path through those steps and then exit the tutorial.
Feel free to enter and exit the Tutorial whenever you want.
If you are interested in one of the optional modules or interfaces, you can view the tutorial on those files.
